Dev Log of June 25th, 2025


Hello, this is Nocturn.

Time has flown by—it's already June, and half the year has passed.

I hope you’ve had peaceful and joyful days during that time. Let me share the current development status of Eternal Glory as of June.

1. Haize Route Progress

Chapter 10 and the prequel section of the scenario, artwork, and coding are now complete.

To give you a rough breakdown: scenario is at 45%, art at 50%, and coding at 45%.

With the experience gained from working on Uria’s route, and my desire to provide an even better gameplay experience for the other routes, I’ve been preparing a greater variety of assets. I sincerely hope you’ll look forward to it!

(That said, since 4 CGs for Haize have already been revealed, I plan to avoid releasing any more to preserve the in-game experience.)

2. Translation Plans

English and Japanese translations will begin only after I finish writing the full route, including the ending, in my native language.

This decision was made to ensure the highest quality of translation, so I kindly ask for your understanding.

3. Regarding Updates

As mentioned previously, I've already updated the game to improve the Japanese translation and added an option to toggle screen shake effects on/off.

I continue to welcome feedback, and based on user input, I may release another update before Haize’s route is officially added.

4. Future Plans

To be honest, development funds are running very low—even excluding my own labor costs.

However, thanks to the amazing support from many players, and my own determination to complete Eternal Glory to the best of my ability, I’ve reached a point where I must make some difficult decisions.

Although it’s not finalized, I’m seriously considering launching a Kickstarter campaign to fund voice acting and audio production, etc.

I’m working hard to plan a schedule and rewards that will be satisfying for everyone, so I hope you’ll take interest in the campaign when it goes live!

5. Other Notes

Once the Kickstarter begins, I’ll be able to provide a clearer roadmap, but for now, my goal is to release Haize’s route within this year.

Your support and encouragement mean everything to me as a solo developer working on this project alone.
